Parking & access

Fees & pets
The best plans start with clear details. Here are the charges to account for as you choose your dates, bring a pet, or request a little extra flexibility around arrival and departure.
- Cleaning: $200 per stay, separate from the nightly rate.
- Pets welcome: $120 per stay. Disclose all pets before arrival.
- Refundable security deposit: $250 required.
- Early check-in or late checkout: $50 each, subject to approval and availability.
- Applicable taxes and the complete stay total are shown during booking.
Optional mid-stay cleaning
A longer stay should still feel like a fresh start. Add an optional mid-stay cleaning refresh through our cleaning partner,eMaids of Reno.
- Monthly cleaning refresh: $160 per service
- Biweekly light refresh: $75 per service
Subject to scheduling. Request this service when booking or email hello@go-bonvoyage.com. This is separate from the required turnover cleaning fee.
House rules
A good stay is thoughtful in both directions. These guidelines help care for the home, respect the neighbors, and keep the experience welcoming for every guest.
- No smoking or vaping inside the property.
- Quiet hours are 9:00 PM–9:00 AM.
- No parties, events, or unregistered guests.
- Pets are welcome with a $120 per-stay pet fee. Please disclose all pets before arrival.
- Check-in is 5:00 PM–11:30 PM; 5:00–7:00 PM is preferred. Checkout is by 10:00 AM.
- A $250 refundable security deposit is required.
- Please take care of the furnishings and do not rearrange furniture.
- Government-issued ID verification may be required before check-in.
- Please follow the parking, trash, and checkout instructions provided for your stay.

Cancellation policy
Book with a clear understanding of how changes to your plans are handled. Different cancellation terms apply to shorter visits and stays of 28 or more consecutive nights; review the applicable policy below and the terms shown for your reservation.
Stays under 28 nights — Firm. Guests can cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund. For cancellations 7 to 30 days before check-in, 50% of all nights is nonrefundable. For cancellations less than 7 days before check-in, 100% of all nights is nonrefundable.
Stays of 28 or more consecutive nights — Strict long-term. A full refund is available only when cancellation is within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in.
