Before you book.
Check-in is 5:00 PM–11:30 PM; arrival between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM is preferred. Checkout is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout are $50 each, subject to approval and availability.
Pets are allowed with a $120 per-stay pet fee. Please include your pet in your booking details.
There is one $200 cleaning fee per stay, separate from the nightly rate, and a required $250 refundable security deposit. Review the final quote for applicable taxes and selected extras.
Stays under 28 nights — Firm. Guests can cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund. For cancellations 7 to 30 days before check-in, 50% of all nights is nonrefundable. For cancellations less than 7 days before check-in, 100% of all nights is nonrefundable.
Stays of 28 or more consecutive nights — Strict long-term. A full refund is available only when cancellation is within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in.

Yes. TRUVI is our third-party guest-verification service. A $17 non-refundable verification fee applies. We require guest identification on file and will provide instructions for submitting your ID through the designated verification process before check-in. Please do not email a copy of your ID.
Your reservation confirmation is sent by email. We also email your check-in and checkout instructions, including arrival and departure details. Please provide an email address you check regularly, review your inbox and spam folder, and complete any required verification before arrival.
Quiet hours are 9:00 PM–9:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum, including in outdoor areas, and be considerate of our neighbors.
