There are many ways to enjoy the outdoors in Carson City as well! Take a walk in Kit Carson Trail which directs you to a scenic path through Carson City’s historic district that features 1800s-era Victorian-style homes, Nevada State Museum 3 MINS, Nevada State Capital 3 MINS, and the famous Governor’s Mansion 4 MINS.

Our home is only 8 mins away from the Carson City Airport. This short drive requires you to get on one freeway and in no time you’ll be at your destination! Our space will be located at the corner of Anderson St. Our townhome will be at the very end of the street. Driveway parking (2 cars max), Garage parking (1 car max), and lots of street parking.

Our home door security will be a Smart Key. You will be given a new code before check-in time. Lockbox is also available within the premises in case of a technical emergency.

Other things to note

The garage door opener is located on the living side table. If you are entering from the front door it will be the first table you’ll see it. Please leave the garage door opener in the same place before departure.

Please NO SHOES upstairs. Cleaning charges may apply.

Please NO SMOKING/VAPING. Cleaning charges may apply.

Please refrain from making noise past 10 pm in respect to our neighbors next door.

Please turn off the thermostat – if possible – every time leaving the house.

Leave all dirty dishes inside the dishwasher.
